Training is required to cover essential work related skills, techniques and knowledge with a positive progressive approach taken at Nando's. Further opportunities are offered to improve the employee and the quality of work.

Induction & House Rules In every family there are values and rules, which make it unique, Nando's is no different: The Nando's House Rules re-enforce our Creed and set clear and specific guidelines identifying the most important work place requirements.

Peri Uni This is the new Nando’s online training requirement for all staff within Nando’s Australia. It provides, but is not limited to, both the basic level of training to become a Nando’s employee; as well as the continued education of staff whilst in that position of responsibility.

Certificate III & FSS There are opportunities to up skill and receive your Certificate III in Hospitality or alternatively, recognition as a Food Safety Supervisor at your store.
