Fix It EQUIPMENT REPAIRS AND OH & SManaging your store with a little help

Many of the problems experienced in store - be it an equipment failure or a new hazard, can be fixed with a little bit of knowledge and the right amount of common sense. Before you telephone, fax or email a problem through to maintenance or contractors, have a look at the most common FAQs.
The FAQ section covers the most common problems reported and the suggested repairs or checks to determine the fault more precisely and either remove or reduce the hazard. It's always a good idea to run through the relevant links below as a checklist (prior to paying a $100 an hour contractor to visit and point out the obvious).
